In my entire life, I have taken part in different kinds of outdoor activities. Among of them, of course, I always try to take part in such activity which I really enjoy it, and today, I would like to talk about an activity.
To begin with, the name of the activity is walking. And it is a good form of exercise and requires less physical efforts than any other regular forms of exercise. I walk regularly in the morning to keep my body fit.
In addition to this, I believe doing this fitness activity at home can have the same benefits as doing it in a professional setting.
Most importantly, I extremely like walking on a long track or in wide-open spaces, because it makes me feel like I’m not getting anywhere. I think that the best place to run is on a smaller, not-so-busy street in a nice residential area.
Moreover, there are some obvious reasons why this is my favorite outdoor activity. First of all, I enjoy walking is it’s slower than running and cheaper than taking buses or taxis. Another prominent point is that, walking is good for your health; the more you run the stronger your legs, back and lungs get. What is more, it is really refreshing to do some sort of outdoor activities in the evening. Last but not least, I like this outdoor activity more than any other outdoor activity I have.
