In my entire life, I have taken part in different kinds of physical exercises. Among of them, of course, I always try to take part in such activity which I really enjoy it, and today, I would like to talk about an exercise.

To commence with, the name of the activity is walking. And it is a good form of exercise and requires less physical efforts than any other regular forms of exercise. I walk regularly in the morning to keep my body fit.

In addition to this, every day I get up early in the morning and go for morning walk. I go with my grandfather, who is 70. He has never missed his morning walk in his life. In fact his secret of good health is the morning walk.

Besides, we go to a park near our home. There is a jogging track in the park which is full of activity in those early morning hours. My grandfather and I both wear our track suits and walking shoes while walking.

Moreover, there are some obvious reasons why this is my favorite outdoor activity. First and foremost, during our walk, my grandpa tells me a lot of stories. Another prominent point is that, He has a lot to tell and sometimes I am surprised at his memory. What is more, morning walk has a lot of benefits. I used to be very fat, in fact a couch potato, but now I am very fit – all because of the walk and all because of my grandfather who made me do it. Last but not least, morning walk also improves the blood circulation. That’s all what I can share with your at this moment.
